1. Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened food products (e.g., seeds) cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted (unless the return is due to our error).
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Opened or used food products.
Items purchased during promotions, clearance, or discount offers (unless damaged).
